Uriel Corporation is looking to hire 1099 Independent Contractors, to fulfill an Executive Role where candidates will wear a number of hats to include: Sales & Marketing, assist as Project Managers to Negotiate Contracts with Third Parties for Disruptive Proprietary Product Development & Commercialization Ventures, to engage in Book, Media, & Entertainment Sales that may include the development and commercialization of various Books, DVDs, CDs, Vinyl Records, Zoom Webinar Ticket Sales, Live Show Performance Ticket Sales at various venues, and to negotiate Intellectual Property & Subsidiary Development and or Licensing Agreements for the development and commercialization of Highly Disruptive Proprietary Products and or Projects across a number of very lucrative high-dollar market niches.
About the Opportunity
Work with the Uriel Corporation to develop and commercialize advanced, industry shaking, disruptive proprietary product development and commercialization ventures and entertainment initiatives. Work with Uriel on a 1099 independent contractor basis as a “Contract Negotiator, Marketing & Sales, Project Management Executive” to develop and commercialize highly disruptive patentable utilitarian product lines that can provide strategic partners with a national and or a global disruptive competitive advantage in niche markets.
Uriel Corporation pursues the development and commercialization of disruptive proprietary product commercialization initiatives where it develops and manages Project Teams to develop products having proprietary advantages where the intellectual property it develops can be exclusively licensed to newly formed subsidiaries where strategic alliance partners might desire to collaborate with Uriel and acquire a stockholder interest in such newly formed subsidiaries and projects. Your task would be to negotiate contracts with strategic alliances that may be interested in capturing or dominating the niche markets that Uriel’s Proprietary Products or Projects target and address. Uriel has identified and is in the process of developing and launching a vast array of new product development ventures and certain book and entertainment ventures it has and or will be putting together where one or more Project Teams may be put together for each project/venture Uriel undertakes. Uriel seeks to develop and create subsidiaries and consortium alliances that include operations to protect intellectual property, and to engage in: engineering, research and development, manufacturing, distribution, supply agreements and or in licensing/sublicensing agreements for each subsidiary-product, project, or product group-project group launch.
Responsibilities of this position include:
*Identifying and obtaining new clients interested in strategic partnering for one or more projects;
*engaging in marketing & sales operations,
*engaging in website linking operations and communications with webmasters expand sales;
*engaging in email campaigns, telemarketing, phone calls, texting, zoom meetings, and other operations
for sales and customer support.
*managing projects from conceptual development to full-blown commercialization;
*closing contracts with strategic alliance partners to fund intellectual property, engineering,
product development, book and entertainment operations, and to fund commercialization and other
operations;
*closing contracts with third party engineering, product development firms, manufacturing firms,
subcontractors, consultants, licensees, distribution, resellers, marketing and sales organizations,
manufacturing reps, retailers, customer support people, technical support staff, installation technicians,
merger & acquisition firms, venture capitalists, angel investors, webmasters, entertainment industry firms,
executive producers, directors, entertainment executives, talent managers, booking agents, show and
video promoters, musicians and performers, crew members, and others;
*developing, negotiating, closing, managing contracts, and engaging in project management functions for
development, commercialization, and alliance initiatives related to new proprietary product development
and commercialization,
*developing, negotiating, closing, managing contracts, and engaging in project management functions
related to subsidiary development, launch, and management operations,
*scaling business operations;
*assisting management for fund raising activities;
*assisting management to license or sell off intellectual property rights,
*assisting upper management in divestitures related to subsidiaries that the Uriel might wish to sell,
*engage in other initiatives.
This position pays a high commission, and it also grants shares of stock as a bonus for successfully negotiated and closed “Intellectual Property & Subsidiary Development Agreements” (hereinafter “IPSDA”) when newly formed subsidiaries are formed to commercialize the projects that relate to the ISPDA that are negotiated and closed by successful candidates. Your compensation may be substantial if certain goals are met that are related to the contract(s) you negotiate, close, and manage. This position also pays commissions on certain book sales and entertainment-related products when such book sales, entertainment-related products, and entertainment ventures produce revenue, if certain volume sales are achieved, and when such book sales, entertainment-related products, and entertainment ventures are made available and are successfully commercialized.
The role can be part time, and you can work from home and or from an office you might decide to utilize. You will develop and implement sales strategies, you will have excellent verbal and written communication and people skills, you will have a fervent never say die willingness to succeed to move projects to their successful completion and to work tenaciously until the project or projects you are involved with meet targeted sales/revenue/profit goals. Product commercialization, alliance development, business development, joint ventures, strategic partner development, licensing, deal making, contract negotiation, marketing and sales, mergers and acquisitions, or a legal background and good knowledge related to proprietary product and prototype development and commercialization is a plus as is knowledge concerning book sales and entertainment industry practices. Agents working with Uriel will negotiate and close one or more “Intellectual Property & Subsidiary Development Agreement(s)” with third parties to create strategic alliances with corporations and or individuals that would like to work with Uriel to develop and commercialize disruptive proprietary products and or projects. Further sales opportunities include book sales, and sales related to entertainment-related products and or ventures.
How you will contribute:
5+ Years of Experience In:
– Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Accounting, Contracts and Contract Negotiation,
Manufacturing, or Customer Service & Technical Support (MBA or Legal Degree or better Preferred).
· Business to Business Sales
– Able to utilize computers, emails, phone systems, SKYPE and or other electronic communication,
computer screen sharing and video conferencing technology, deliver attachments, maintain a calendar,
– Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, CRM systems preferred.
– Must have current state driver license, own a car, have one or more computers, a laptop, tablet, a smart
phone, internet access, and knowledge how to install and operate various software packages and to be
able to back up your data.
– You must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
Duties for Sales Support:
1) Identify opportunities in the marketplace.
2) Manage and negotiate alliance terms by working with Uriel executives.
3) Receive, make, and manage calls, faxes, emails, (CRM use is optional), and workgroup activities.
4) Generate and develop documentation and provide information based upon briefings given by Uriel.
5) Initiate discussions with potential alliance partners to ascertain whether the initial deal offering is good
or needs to be adjusted to meet market expectations.
6) Generate and provide weekly reports to Uriel.
7) Follow up on potential accounts, maintain accounts, and provide technical and customer support.
8) Drive and Close Sales of Commercial Ventures designed for national and global marketplaces.
9) Perform competitive analysis related to projects.
10) Gather market information on potential alliance partners.
11) Recommend strategies to secure business with the best possible good national partners for global
market penetration.
12) Be responsible for developing and for following through with sales action plans for major commercial
accounts.
13) Lead and take ownership of opportunities requiring coordination with departments within Uriel.
14) Drive, support, develop, and maintain distribution channels to achieve sales/revenue/profit goals.
15) Recommend and negotiate new product/project development projects with potential strategic
partners to negotiate and close “Intellectual Property & Subsidiary Development Agreements” based
on information acquired through research related to the marketplace and from the internet.
COMMISSION:
Receive up to a 3% commission on deals generated that may relate to multi-million dollar transactions. Commissions are paid after you successfully negotiate and close a contract as will be specified in your contract.
